The journey into the world of IBMS Design begins at kilometer 73.00 of the Appian Way, where a new world opens up, where quality depends solely on the finishes, where each project embodies the distinctive Italian character born of the Pontine land. Two decades of history and a long road ahead. Metal or crystal, helical or cantilevered? Classical structures, more imposing or illuminated? The style of a home or a work environment is defined step by step. There are names that represent the engine of a great machine. Men and women of a great family, professional minds who, with a passion for perfection, take care of every detail and rigorously follow the steps of the production process: from the customer’s imaginary idea to the tangible realization. Every single day for them means new creations, new ideas, and new projects to be realized, because if each individual apartment is something deeply personal, it is easy to imagine a journey that leads a dream to materialize everywhere. When the client’s call represents the common denominator of an idea to be realized. A winning bet, born from that obsessive attention to detail. This is why IBMS Design is more than just a metal company.
Originally, IBMS Design did not deal with jewelry; it all began with a staircase inside a house owned by a prominent professional in Rome. A group of architects appreciated that work. The fact is, there was no experience in jewelry design.
From there, the fortune of this leading company in the sector began. Boccaccio has passed down through time that fortune is a force that moves the world, blind and random, with which humanity is forced to contend. Fortune can demolish human projects or virtues. In short, you have to go and seize it. IBMS Design did so by starting with the Fattori jewelry store in the EUR district of Rome, aiming high and reaching the heart of the Richemont group. From that moment, a new world opened up. The call of an architect from Paris, ready to discuss a job to be done inside a boutique in Monte Carlo, in a Cartier store. The same architect then proposed another important job to be done there. Ready, set, go, and IBMS Design took off without ever stopping. Always on the move, wonderful like the initial ideas of a project that turned out to be successful. The secret was cost reduction while offering significantly higher quality. Their business has always been to win over the architect and, with painstaking patience, create a structure that revolves around them. Working for great excellence through their unique approach, a winning common denominator. Today, IBMS Design is much more than just a support for Italian and international excellence; it is a point of reference, a path to be traveled together.
